Who I Am
Hello,
My name is Petra and I'm happy you stopped by to learn more. I am the owner of Holistic Love Doula as well as nanny privately which my nanny work I've done for almost 9 years now. I came to doula work when I was introduced to it as a medical assistant in a holistic health pediatric office setting. I got introduced to lots of family set-ups. I had families that were into vaccines some that declined and others who did a delayed schedule. I've had experience with families who also used clothe diapering methods and only wanted to use glass and strictly breast or chest feed their child. I want you to know as your doula I am to be there without judgement and support you in whatever way is needed. I am as well an ally and supporter of all love and am a supporter of the LGBTQIA+ community. I love using essential oils and making homemade items to include a body scrub as well handmade. I love finding time to go camping, to the beach, the sand dunes, and a great Michael Franti and Spearhead concert during the summer.

WHAT IS A DOULA
I give Emotional Support:
Do you know what Postpartum Depression is? Are you worried about bringing new life into the world? Is it ok not to feel ok even with a healthy baby at home?
I give Physical Support:
Do you know of comfort measure that can make labor less painful or stressful potentially, Do you like aroma therapy or essential oils? Do love massage? Do you relax when near water?
I give Scientific Informational Support:
Do you have a birth plan or know you could make one? Do you want a C-Section but unsure of the pros and cons? What about Epidurals do you know about them? What kinds of things are you alright having done with your baby as soon as their born?
BIRTH SUPPORT
Hello I am happy to say I can offer support during your labor and in the preparing of the upcoming birth no matter if that be at home, a birth center, or hospital setting
I am happy to say that I am offering this at a reduced rate as I am still newer to my Doula work as well as want to help serve more families without being to much
My birth package cost is: $500
includes two pre-natal appts at 2 hours each allowed as well as my presence for the birth and labor and two hours post birth to check in and make sure everyone is adjusting and feeling well and one check in visit at home about 1 week after birth
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
I have different packages depending upon what my client desires in person as well as virtual offered
For those wanting hands on Doula care I offer the following:

The Package Deals for in person
Daytime-between the hours of 8AM-8PM
-$30 an hour Al'Cart per visit price
-$300 a week for 5 consecutive days in a row of care for up to 2 hours of time per visit
Nighttime Package-between the hours of 8PM-8AM
-$40 an hour Al'Cart per visit price
-$400 a week for 5 consecutive days in a row of care for up to 2 hours of time per visit
Your Options for Virtual ONLY
-$150 this gives you 4 visits to be used within one month this is considered your 4th trimester package with one hour once a week on a day of your choosing consult with me to check in
NANNY SERVICES
Hello All,
I have been doing Nanny work since August of 2015 and have loved it so much. I have experience with newborns up to the teenage years. I've worked with non-verbal and verbal children, experience with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Food Allergies, Sleep Concerns too. I've cared for siblings and multiples set up siblings to include singles up to triplets.
My Service Fee: $20 per hour no matter the number of children in my care but please still inquire I offer sliding scale fees for those in need

Let’s treat that hardworking birther to a delightful homemade body scrub. I use an organic sugar, organic cold pressed olive oil, and an essential oil for sent all lovingly put into a reusable mason jar. Keep the jar and get your future scrubs $2 off only organic items used for that holistic touch
